What’s it going to be?
Can you guess what my next sculpture will be?
While the bone all looks similar, there is enough variation in each piece that I go through it all to find the right pieces for each sculpture. Once the design is drawn on the bone, I cut it on the band saw, splitting it lengthwise before cutting the outline. And then off to the carving bench.
Oh, and it’s whales. In case you hadn’t guessed, I’m working on whales. 😝🐋
