Driftwood and Whales

Driftwood and Whales.
These are the humpback whales that I posted about earlier this week. They are carved from beef bone and mounted on a piece of lobster trap driftwood. 8” x 12” and finished with wall hanging hardware. You can see them@charlottetownfarmersmarket or in my tiny gallery @peiartsandheritagetrail #whaleart #carvedbone #madeinpei #peiart

PrevPreviousWhat’s it going to be? Can you guess what my next sculpture will be? While the bone all looks similar, there is enough variation in each piece that I go through it all to find the right pieces for each sculpture
